-STUDENT TESTIMONIAL-
Just when I thought Natalie Redding and her outstanding Redding Method classes couldn’t get any better, the introduction of her new “Yarn Dyeing Like a Pro” course is a fantastic introduction to achieving professional results in dyeing designer yarns, whether one is a novice or an experienced dyer. Natalie is not only extremely knowledgeable about all types of fibers and the chemistry of dyeing, but is an excellent instructor with a very approachable teaching style.

Join Natalie Redding for this 4 class course which will cover the in’s and outs of using Nylomine dyes and the science behind the way they interact with protein fibers. You’ll learn how to keep from making some simple but disastrous mistakes as well as find out how Natalie comes up with the artistry relating to amazing color combinations. During class, Natalie will dye some of the most popular dyed yarn effects including: perfectly saturated single color, tonal, variegated, gradient, self striping, speckle and glaze dyed yarns. This will be a recorded version of a previous class that was taught live and will be available through Youtube. You will also receive a live Study Session, where you will be able to ask questions about the techniques learned in class. All classes will be available for viewing as many times as you like for two weeks after the final class ends (at that time, recorded versions will be deleted). Classes are between 1.2-1.5 hours but can run over. Class session begins May 1st at 10:30 am PST; please see syllabus for class details and the class schedule for dates and times.
